What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow sales within the personal care and beauty category

• Manage relationships with mass market and off-price accounts

• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships

• Present product lines and negotiate pricing and terms

• Work closely with internal teams to support order fulfillment and account needs

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

• Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the category

Requirements

• Several years of experience in personal care and beauty sales

• Experience selling into mass and off-price channels is required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to develop and grow customer accounts

• Strong understanding of the personal care and beauty market

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
