Description
An apparel wholesaler is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of orders from purchase order through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of apparel production, timelines, and factory coordination who can manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in working with both overseas and domestic vendors to ensure production runs smoothly and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
• Manage the full lifecycle of apparel orders from development through delivery
• Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) calendars
• Prepare and monitor Work In Progress (WIP) reports
• Track production status including samples, fabrics, trims, approvals, and shipping timelines
• Communicate daily with overseas and domestic factories/vendors
• Follow up on deadlines and proactively resolve production issues
• Coordinate internally with sales, sourcing, logistics, and operations teams
• Ensure orders are produced accurately and delivered on time
• Manage multiple production orders simultaneously

Requirements
• Experience in apparel production or production coordination
• Strong understanding of garment production timelines and order flow
• Experience working with T&A calendars and WIP reports
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Experience working with overseas factories preferred

Preferred Background
• Apparel wholesale or fashion industry experience
• Knowledge of sourcing, production tracking, and logistics
• Experience with imports and overseas manufacturing is a plus
