Social Media Manager

A family-owned natural wellness business, is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to manage and grow its online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

The goal is to build brand awareness, create engaging content, grow the online community, and drive in-store and online sales.

• Plan and manage a consistent social media content calendar.

• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging reels, stories, and posts.

• Develop creative content that reflects the brands and aesthetic.

• Stay current with social media trends, audio, and marketing strategies.

• Manage daily engagement, including comments, messages, and community interactions.

• Promote products, new launches, events, and store activities.

• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and creative ideas.

• Track analytics, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.

• Previous social media management or content creation experience.

• Strong creative skills and an eye for visual content.

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Ability to film and edit short-form videos and reels.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.

• Interest in natural wellness and holistic products is a plus.
