Herbal Products Production Associate


Location: New Jersey
 

A family-owned natural wellness business, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with the in-house production of its herbal wellness products, including tinctures, syrups, balms, oils, creams, and other natural remedies.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to follow recipes and production procedures carefully while maintaining consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare products according to approved recipes, measurements, and production procedures.

  • Measure, blend, infuse, and process herbs and ingredients accurately.

  • Bottle, package, seal, label, and date finished products.

  • Maintain consistent product quality and accurate batch records.

  • Monitor raw ingredient and packaging inventory.

  • Track finished product inventory.

  • Keep the production area clean, organized, and properly sanitized.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

  • Comfortable with hands-on work and product preparation.

  • Able to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Previous experience in production, food preparation, cosmetics, or herbal products is a plus.

  • Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Interest in natural wellness and herbal products is a plus.
