Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with clients on a daily basis.
• Guide clients through the intake process from start to completion.
• Assist clients with completing required forms and paperwork.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit required documents in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients regarding missing information or outstanding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Respond to client questions and provide clear, professional assistance.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure client needs are addressed.
• Assist with general administrative and intake-related responsibilities as needed.
