We are seeking a creative, high energy, and strategic Part Time Social Media Marketing Specialist / Content Creator to showcase our incredible events, premium inventory, and behind the scenes magic. In this role, you will be the voice and visual storyteller of our brand across all major social platforms. If you have an eye for design, a passion for the events industry, and know how to capture content that drives engagement and bookings, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Capture high quality photos, video, and short form video content (Reels, TikToks, and Shorts) on site at events, in our showroom, and behind the scenes.

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

  • Brand Storytelling: Write engaging, on brand captions and copy that highlight our premium equipment, exceptional service, and event transformations.

  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries to build relationships with local venues, planners, and clients.

  • Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of social media trends, popular audio, and industry styles to keep our content fresh, modern, and highly shareable.

  • Analytics Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and adjust strategies to maximize marketing impact.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, or digital marketer, preferably in the events, hospitality, or design industry.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality mobile photography, video editing, and short form video creation (Reels / TikToks).

  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategies, and platform best practices.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional yet energetic brand voice.

  • Highly organized, self motivated, and capable of managing a content calendar independently.

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to various event locations across Monmouth County.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings to capture live, high profile events.
