Administrative Assistant – Construction
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Established construction company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment working closely with estimators, project management, and accounting teams.

This is a high-volume role where the day moves quickly and requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Manage records, correspondence, and general office tasks
  • Assist with data entry and internal software systems
  • Maintain organized project and office documentation

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and quick to learn new systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
