Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys within the Litigation Department.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Prepare, organize, proofread, and maintain correspondence and documents.
  • Assist with organizing litigation-related files and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records.
  • Track deadlines and assist attorneys with staying organized and prepared.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
  • Assist with document management, filing, scanning, and administrative projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and legal information.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the department as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
  • Experience within a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
