We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. In this role, you will be responsible for packing, labeling, and shipping products efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to handle high order volumes, meet tight deadlines, and provide essential support to our daily fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack, label, and prepare 150 to 400+ orders daily in a fast-paced setting.

  • Generate and process shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and USPS systems.

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment to minimize errors and returns.

  • Maintain organized packing stations and monitor supply inventory levels.

  • Coordinate closely with team members to meet all daily shipping deadlines.

  • Assist with tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues that arise.

  • Manage outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy before dispatch.

  • Support workflow improvements to increase overall fulfillment speed and efficiency.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office and warehouse workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume order fulfillment and inventory tracking.

  • Proficiency with order processing systems such as Shopify and ShipStation.

  • Skilled in shipping coordination across major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift 25 to 40 lbs.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent relevant education.
