Showroom Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our wholesale clothing sales team in a full-time, in-office role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves assisting with daily sales operations, order management, customer communication, and administrative support to help ensure smooth business operations and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales manager with daily meetings and follow up
• Process orders, track shipments, and follow up with buyers
• Communicate with buyers and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with showroom appointments and sample management
• Handle data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a showroom sales assistant or similar role
• Experience in wholesale apparel/fashion industry preferred
