Description
An ABA organization is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / ABA Paraprofessionals to support children in school and everyday settings. Programs are tailored to each child’s unique developmental needs, providing personalized strategies to help them succeed academically, socially, and in daily life.

This role involves working closely with students throughout the day, offering guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate routines, behaviors, and learning environments.

What You’ll Do
• Provide one-on-one support to students in classroom and school settings
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and social interactions
• Implement behavior plans and strategies under supervision
• Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to supervisors and team members
• Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• No degree required (degree is a plus for compensation)
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
