A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support financial processes, data analysis, and overall operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure to the energy, real estate, and finance industries, with significant opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do
• Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, projections, and forecasts using Excel
• Monitor internal systems and identify inefficiencies or errors
• Assist with reconciliations and financial tracking
• Support customer service and internal coordination efforts
• Evaluate key metrics and recommend process improvements
• Communicate findings and updates with internal stakeholders

Requirements
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Experience with PowerPoint, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar systems preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Fast learner with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset
