We are seeking an experienced and driven Division Manager to lead and develop a new home division with a focus on soft home products. This role is ideal for a leader who understands the soft home market, excels at building departments from the ground up, and can guide teams toward achieving strong operational and sales performance. The ideal candidate is strategic, experienced, and confident in managing growth within a fast?paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch a soft home division, including structure, processes, and goals

• Lead division operations to ensure efficiency and strong performance

• Oversee product planning, development, and assortment strategy for soft home categories

• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to drive division success

• Manage and mentor staff to build a strong, effective team

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or launching a soft home division

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to build processes and teams from the ground up

• Deep knowledge of soft home categories and market standards

• Excellent communication and decision?making abilities
