We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can successfully lead complex projects from inception to final installation.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing high-end residential architecture and interior design projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.

You will oversee every phase of the project, ensuring exceptional execution, clear communication, and an outstanding client experience while coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, artisans, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and understands both the creative and technical aspects of luxury residential construction and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential architecture and interior design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and vendors.
• Oversee custom millwork, furniture, finishes, and specialty fabrication.
• Manage procurement, installations, and project logistics.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure quality and design intent are maintained.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, meeting notes, and reporting.
• Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience through clear communication and thoughtful leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in luxury residential architecture, interior design, design-build, or high-end construction.
• Strong background managing complex, multi-million-dollar residential projects.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and specialty trades.
