Sales Assistant

Looking for a Junior Wholesale Sales / Sales Assistant that can grow into a full time sales role. 

We're in the contemporary ladies' fashion business, primarily servicing wholesale retailers. Looking for a right hand person to help me maintain and grow the business: 

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Executive Assistant located in New York, NY. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for showroom management, meeting prep, excel files, ATS Spreadsheet updates, Linesheets, Meeting notes and follow ups, and assisting the executive. The role involves active communication with clients and colleagues, with a focus on enhancing sales performance

Qualifications
•    Strong note taking skills
•    Excellent communication skills and attention to details
•    Ability to Multi-Task
•    Work in a fast pace environment
•    Proficient at Excel
•    Proficient at Adobe
•    Understanding of the wholesale and retail landscape
•    Knowledge in wholesale operations
•    Ability to sell and maintain relationships
•    Previous experience in apparel or textile wholesale sales is requirement. Minimum requirement, 3 years

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 + Commission/Bonus
