Schedule: Sundays: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM; Monday through Wednesday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

A medical office in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join its Pediatrics Department. • Assist physicians and clinical staff with day-to-day pediatric patient care.
• Welcome children and their families and help create a comfortable, friendly environment.
• Prepare examination rooms before patient visits.
• Escort patients to examination rooms and assist with the intake process.
• Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and other required patient information.
• Prepare supplies and equipment for examinations and routine procedures.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked examination rooms.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and general administrative responsibilities when needed.
• Follow established infection-control, safety, and patient confidentiality procedures.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with children, parents, guardians, and staff.
• Support the clinical and administrative teams with additional responsibilities as needed.
