Looking for a Controller that wants to grow. Will train on the entire business as CFO is planning on retiring in the next year.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with back office overseas.
Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Manage the company's cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance Collaborate with the CFO to develop long-term financial strategies and goals Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Strong knowledge of accounting principles Proven ability to analyze financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
