This role is focused on expanding relationships with discount retailers and driving sales within the designer apparel market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in wholesale sales, understands the discount retail landscape, and excels at developing long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

• Develop and manage relationships with discount retailers and key wholesale accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's retail presence.
• Present product lines and coordinate seasonal collections with buyers and retail partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and account management.
• Coordinate with internal merchandising, production, and design teams to ensure successful product launches and timely deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and purchase agreements while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records using CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term partnerships with retail buyers.

• Proven sales experience with a strong history of success in wholesale or retail sales.
• Experience selling to discount retailers is required.
• Knowledge of the designer apparel industry and retail marketplace.
• Strong understanding of wholesale sales, merchandising, and seasonal product coordination.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
