Executive Assistant

2 Days/Week | Flexible Schedule

Looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and organized person to work directly with a dynamic entrepreneur who runs a food company and life coaching business!

This is a hands-on role with lots of variety. You’ll be helping with:

• Billing and administrative tasks for the food business
• Editing and posting social media content
• Managing and organizing content
• Following up with new clients and leads
• Helping with day-to-day tasks across both businesses
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

The ideal person is:

• A self-starter and independent thinker
• Tech-savvy and a quick learner
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable figuring things out on their own
• Energetic and excited to take initiative
• Social media/content experience is a plus!

Approximately 2 days per week — a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience working directly with an entrepreneur and growing businesses!
