A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead multi-brand creative strategy, packaging development, and product launches for nationally recognized consumer brands. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving creative processes through innovation and AI, and delivering high-impact creative solutions from concept through production.

• Lead the creative vision and strategy across multiple consumer brands.
• Oversee packaging design, branding, marketing assets, and product launches.
• Manage the creative process from concept development through final production.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
• Develop innovative creative solutions that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce production costs.
• Direct internal creative teams and external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, packaging, e-commerce, and marketing channels.
• Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new creative opportunities.
• Manage creative timelines, budgets, and project priorities.
