We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Road Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced outside sales professional who enjoys spending time in the field, building strong customer relationships, and growing existing accounts. The role involves servicing an established customer base while identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand business within assigned territories.

• Travel throughout assigned territories to service existing retail customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients through regular in-person visits.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and identify opportunities to increase product sales.
• Present new products, promotions, and seasonal offerings to customers.
• Generate additional sales by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Process orders, monitor inventory needs, and coordinate product deliveries.
• Resolve customer questions and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activity, and order history.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while representing the company in a professional manner.
