IT Intern (Computer Science / IT Graduate)
Location: East Williamsburg / Brooklyn, NY (On-site)

We are seeking a recent college graduate or senior (Computer Science / IT) to join as an IT Intern reporting directly to the CIO. This is a full-time, on-site role (30–40 hours/week) for 3–6 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent position. Candidates must be available Monday–Friday in-office; relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support internal and external IT teams with system, network, hardware, and software installation and troubleshooting
• Assist with IT inventory management, including hardware, software, and vendor/license tracking
• Install operating systems and software on new and existing company devices
• Monitor help desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within service standards
• Analyze data and support improvements to IT systems and operational processes

Requirements:
• Senior or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or related IT field
• Strong work ethic, organization, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative
• Availability for full-time on-site work, including occasional overtime
