Nationwide home builder is looking for a Director of Homeowner Services who can provide strong leadership, mentor and develop a talented team, and partner with Construction, Sales, and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
We're looking for someone who has:
? Leadership and people management experience
? Homebuilding and residential construction experience
? Homeowner Services/Warranty experience (preferred)
? A passion for coaching teams and delivering exceptional customer service
? Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
What you can look forward to:
? Annual salary of $125,000–$150,000, plus bonus eligibility
