No previous business funding experience or college degree is required. Sales experience is helpful, but work ethic, communication skills, consistency, and willingness to learn are most important.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with small and mid-sized business owners seeking access to capital.
• Work with company-provided leads and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Learn about each client's business and understand their funding needs.
• Help identify appropriate financing solutions based on available options.
• Explain the funding process clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the internal team to move qualified opportunities through the funding process.
• Develop strong, professional relationships with business owners.
• Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity.
• Work toward established individual sales and performance goals.
• Participate in training and continue developing knowledge of business funding products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• No previous business funding experience required.
• No college degree required.
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, business development, or phone-based experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone.
• Confident communicating professionally with business owners.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain consistent and persistent throughout the sales process.
• Receptive to training, coaching, and feedback.
