We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts across multiple retail channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background selling into mass market, mid-tier, off-price, and drug retail channels, along with established industry relationships and a proven track record of growing sales.

• Develop and manage relationships with key retail accounts across mass market, mid-tier, off-price, and drug store channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
• Present product lines and recommend merchandising solutions that meet customer needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities with retail partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and pipeline updates.
• Travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

• Proven sales experience within the mass market, mid-tier, off-price, and/or drug retail channels.
• Existing relationships and industry contacts within these retail channels are highly preferred.
• Experience selling products such as gifts, impulse items, garments, socks, underwear, or other consumer goods is strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
