Fabric Library Intern (Summer/Fall Internship)

We are seeking a Fabric Library Intern to join our Design Team for the remainder of the summer, with the opportunity to continue into the fall either full-time or part-time. This position is available for college credit or minimum wage compensation.

The Fabric Library Intern will support the design team by organizing and managing both physical and digital fabric libraries. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient, design-ready workspace through cataloging materials, tracking inventory, and assisting with fabric sourcing and sample preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain fabric libraries, storage areas, and development materials

• Catalog fabrics, swatches, and trims; update tracking spreadsheets and sample tags

• Prepare and manage fabric samples for internal teams and external partners

• Assist designers with fabric pulls for presentations and projects

• Support administrative tasks including shipping/receiving and presentation preparation

• Conduct research on fabrics, pricing, and material specifications

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in fashion, design, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
