A well-established children's apparel company in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and organization.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting wholesale order processing, maintaining customer records, and ensuring orders are entered and fulfilled accurately. This position offers a consistent work environment with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays when needed.

• Accurately process and enter wholesale customer orders into company systems.
• Maintain and update customer order records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, inventory availability, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies or issues as they arise.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Assist with data verification, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure all data is entered accurately and in accordance with company procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing accurate work.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in data entry, wholesale order entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
