A leading home décor company in New York City is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales / Head of Divisions to lead multiple business divisions while driving national sales growth and strategic business development. This executive-level position is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding key accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing the performance and profitability of multiple product categories.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with extensive experience in the home décor, home furnishings, consumer products, or wholesale industry who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth across multiple business divisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and success.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Manage and grow key national and regional customer accounts.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans while monitoring performance against company objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term business agreements with key customers.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor KPIs to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term growth strategies and expand market share.
