E-Commerce Manager
Location: Woodbridge, NJ or New York City, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours (In-Office)

Description
A growing home décor and lighting company is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale its omni-channel business across major retail accounts, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer channels. This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for driving growth toward a multi-million-dollar business.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong experience in marketplace management, DTC operations, and digital growth.
What You’ll Do
Channel Management
• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Target, Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and DTC platforms
• Oversee product setup, listings, and content optimization across all channels
• Monitor sales performance, margins, and key metrics
• Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Operations & Inventory
• Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and fulfillment coordination
• Ensure accurate product availability and operational efficiency across channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain and sales efforts
Digital Growth & Marketing
• Support and optimize paid advertising across Amazon, Meta, and Google
• Manage social media and email marketing initiatives
• Improve conversion rates (CRO) and overall customer experience
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and performance optimization
Requirements
• 3–6+ years of eCommerce experience
• Strong experience managing Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central required)
• Experience with retail channels is preferred
• Familiarity with DTC platforms such as Shopify or similar
• Understanding of digital marketing and AI tools
• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage and grow a business independently
