A high-end luxury travel management company is seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Professional to join their team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for discerning clients, managing their travel experience from the first conversation through their return. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of each trip while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout their travel journey
Manage trips from start to finish, including inquiry, proposal, booking, coordination, and follow-up
Work closely with the internal team to handle bookings, confirmations, and logistics
Proactively develop new client relationships and grow a personal book of business
Maintain accurate client profiles and records within the CRM system
Qualifications
Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end client services preferred
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
Service-minded with a genuine desire to go above and beyond for clients
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple trips simultaneously
Results-driven with interest in uncapped earning potential

Compensation
