Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours
Salary: $75k DoE

Position Overview
A wholesale company is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to support the Home Decor division. This role is responsible for managing overseas production across China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India; ensuring high-quality products, timely deliveries, and clear communication between factories, vendors, and internal teams.

• Track and oversee production timelines from initial order through shipment
• Communicate daily with overseas factories to manage samples, approvals, and updates
• Review and confirm purchase orders, cost sheets, specifications, and related documentation
• Monitor product quality and proactively address production or QC issues
• Maintain accurate records of all production schedules, status updates, and shipments
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on deadlines and product details

• Experience in home decor, furniture, or related consumer goods production
• Strong understanding of overseas manufacturing processes (China and India preferred)
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and production-tracking systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
