Real Estate Analyst

Real Estate Director. Must have relevant recent experience!

Established real estate ownership group seeking a polished, seasoned real estate professional to join a growing and entrepreneurial team. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role across acquisitions, development, asset management, finance, and underwriting within a diverse and expanding portfolio.

The firm currently owns and manages a mix of retail, residential, and industrial properties, with a growing pipeline of industrial development and redevelopment projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities
• Assist with financial modeling, investment analysis, and deal structuring
• Oversee aspects of development and redevelopment projects from planning through execution
• Work closely with ownership on portfolio strategy and growth initiatives
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, contractors, architects, and property managers
• Monitor property and portfolio performance, budgets, and reporting
• Support financing, refinancing, and capital improvement initiatives
• Evaluate market trends and identify new investment opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong background in real estate acquisitions, finance, underwriting, and development
• Experience working with retail, residential, and/or industrial assets
• Sophisticated financial and analytical skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Highly polished, professional, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Self-starter with long-term growth mindset
