Seeking an experienced Project Manager for ground-up multi-family construction projects. This role requires hands-on, field-first leadership to oversee operations from initial groundbreaking through Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the project site from groundbreaking through Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), providing hands-on, field-first leadership.

  • Oversee daily construction operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

  • Manage subcontractors, monitor performance, and coordinate all on-site activities.

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to meet key milestones.

  • Prepare and manage monthly draw packages and support project cost tracking.

  • Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and ownership to resolve field issues and maintain project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up residential or multifamily construction projects.

  • Proven experience leading projects from groundbreaking through TCO.

  • Strong knowledge of subcontractor management, project scheduling, and monthly draw processes.

  • Experience with multi-phase developments is required.

  • Experience with both market-rate and affordable housing projects is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
