Position Overview

A new and growing company is seeking an energetic, motivated, and personable Sales Representative to help build its customer base and grow the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their sales career and hungry to build a book of business. Entry-level candidates will be considered, although some previous sales experience is preferred.

Because the company is new, accounts and territories are largely open, giving the right salesperson significant opportunity to develop new relationships, bring in accounts, and grow alongside the business.

The compensation package is flexible and can be structured based on the candidate's experience and preferences, with the potential for either a higher base salary with a lower commission structure or a lower base salary with greater commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customer accounts.
• Build a pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, and other sales channels.
• Introduce the company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Identify new markets, accounts, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through closing.
• Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and opportunities.
• Work closely with management to develop sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
• Help establish the company's customer base as the business grows.
