A growing business is seeking a friendly and organized Secretary to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is personable on the phone, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a consumer electronics setting.

What You’ll Do
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist customers and team members with inquiries related to products and services
• Maintain organized records and support general office administration
• Work with spreadsheets and data using Excel
• Support day-to-day operations involving smartphones, tablets, accessories, and service plans
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across the team

Requirements
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with consumer electronics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
