We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in hardgoods categories to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing customer relationships, growing sales, and identifying new business opportunities within the hardgoods market.

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within hardgoods product categories.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and customer service, to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events as needed.

• Previous sales experience in hardgoods categories is required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Results-driven with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
