Licensing Coordinator (Entry Level)

A wholesale home goods company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Coordinator to support the product development process. This role will work closely with brand partners to manage design approvals, sample reviews, and ensure products meet brand standards before production.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with brand owners to review and approve product designs, artwork, and final samples

• Track product approvals, revisions, and timelines to keep projects moving forward

• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and brand partners throughout the development process

• Maintain organized records of approvals, samples, and product details

• Assist with product development and administrative tasks as needed
