Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a good eye for fashion, and a desire to build a career in the apparel industry. While prior production experience is not required, the ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Experience is NOT required. 

In this role, you will support the product development and production process by coordinating approvals, tracking samples, and ensuring that colors, fabrics, packaging, and designs meet company standards before production.

• Coordinate and organize approvals throughout the product development and production process.
• Review and manage approvals for colors, fabrics, packaging, artwork, and design details.
• Track samples, revisions, and production timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with internal teams and overseas factories regarding approvals and product updates.
• Maintain organized production records, approval logs, and product documentation.
• Assist with product development and ensure all approvals are completed before production begins.
• Help identify and resolve issues related to product quality, design, or production.
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, and production teams to support successful product launches.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout every stage of the production process.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Good fashion sense with an interest in apparel, textiles, or consumer products.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
• Experience in apparel production or product development is not required.
