A busy Physical Therapist (DPT) in New York City is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with patients

  • Maintain patient records and office documentation

  • Assist with insurance verification and administrative paperwork

  • Handle billing support, payments, and general administrative tasks
