Position Type: Summer Internship
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings (approximately 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) will take 2 interns to split up shifts, rather 1 intern
Compensation: Paid or unpaid

A busy podiatry office in Deal, NJ is seeking a motivated Summer Medical Intern interested in gaining hands-on clinical experience. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing careers in medicine, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, physician assistant studies, or other healthcare-related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with chairside patient care
• Help patients in and out of treatment rooms
• Support wound care and treatment setup
• Prepare instruments and X-ray equipment
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Preferred majors: Pre-Med, Nursing, PT, OT, PA, or other healthcare/science fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
