We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on custom home job sites for high-end, single-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will manage sub-contractors, track timelines, ensure strict quality standards, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients, architects, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations on custom home job sites for single family, high end residential builds.

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.

• Ensure work meets quality standards, plans and specs, and local building codes.

• Manage job site safety compliance and daily site logs.

• Serve as primary on site point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors.

• Track project timelines and flag or resolve delays and issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in custom or high end residential construction preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades at once.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between sites.
