Vice President of Sales
Location: Patterson, NJ (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Description
A growing company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead, scale, and optimize its sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and expanding market share across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, motivate teams, and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure accountability
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and growth channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Participate in high-level negotiations and close key deals
• Support branding and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
• 7–10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams
• Experience in manufacturing, promotional products, apparel, or related industries preferred
• Strong understanding of wholesale, B2B, and account management sales models
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and drive decision-making
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
