We are looking for a motivated, self starting Field Marketing Associate to join my business brokerage team. In this role, you will be the boots on the ground, visiting local businesses to distribute targeted marketing materials. Your goal is simple but vital: get our information in front of business owners who may be considering an exit. By affixing our materials at their locations, you are the bridge that connects business owners to our professional brokerage services and our extensive list of hungry buyers. If you are outgoing, reliable, and looking for a role that offers a steady hourly rate plus significant upside through commissions, this is the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit a high volume of local businesses within a designated territory daily.

  • Properly affix and distribute marketing materials at business locations according to company guidelines.

  • Identify high potential businesses and ensure our messaging reaches the business owner or decision maker.

  • Maintain a basic log of locations visited and materials distributed for tracking purposes.

  • Act as a professional brand ambassador for the brokerage while in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in door to door marketing, sales, or field promotions is a plus.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable appearance.

  • Reliable transportation to travel throughout your assigned local territory.

  • Resilience and a positive attitude when navigating different business environments.
