Sales

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales & Merchandising Coordinator to support sales, buying, merchandising, and international sourcing operations for a growing business.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in sales support, merchandising, buying, or a related field.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, calculations, and data management.

• Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Resourceful, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving.

• Professional, personable, and comfortable communicating with international customers, suppliers, and business partners.

• Able to take initiative, follow through on assignments, and work well under pressure.

• Experience in fashion, accessories, consumer products, or wholesale is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales, buying, and merchandising activities.

• Communicate and follow up with domestic and international suppliers and customers.

• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, merchandise presentations, pricing analyses, and sales reports.

• Coordinate orders, shipments, and purchasing processes.

• Assist with product sourcing and identifying new business opportunities.

• Participate in meetings with suppliers, customers, and brand representatives.

• Manage multiple assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.

Position Details:

• Title: Sales & Merchandising Coordinator

• Location: New York, NY

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

• Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-office

• Annual Salary: $55,000 plus discretionary bonus

• Travel: Must be willing and able to travel internationally as required.
