Location: Brooklyn, NY

An organization is seeking a highly capable and professional Assistant to Administrator & HR to serve as a key “right hand” in both executive support and human resources operations. This is a high-impact, discretion-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on meaningful responsibility.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and HR experience—particularly someone with an accounting mindset who is comfortable handling sensitive information and supporting multiple functions.
What You’ll Do
• Provide direct executive support to leadership, assisting with daily operations and priorities
• Support and help manage HR functions, including onboarding and employee coordination
• Assist with administrative processes, documentation, and internal systems
• Coordinate communication across teams and ensure smooth workflow
• Travel to multiple locations as needed to support operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
• 2+ years of administrative or HR experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to commute to multiple locations as needed
• Background or comfort with accounting-related tasks is a strong plus
