Position Overview

A fast-growing apparel and e-commerce company specializing in children’s and women’s sleepwear is seeking a hands-on Brand Manager to help manage and grow its e-commerce business.

We are looking for an ambitious, and highly motivated professional with 1–5 years of e-commerce experience who is eager to grow with the company and work directly alongside the founder.

The ideal candidate understands how digital advertising, product listings, inventory, reporting, merchandising, and overall product performance work together. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their e-commerce career who wants significant responsibility and the opportunity to grow into a trusted right-hand role.

Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Advertising
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across product lines.
  • Review search and performance reports to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor advertising spend and eliminate inefficient or wasteful spending.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign strategies based on performance.
  • Maintain clean and organized campaign structures.
  • Track advertising efficiency and key performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve advertising performance, sales, and profitability.
Listings & Catalog Management
  • Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and enhanced content.
  • Maintain accurate size charts, fit guides, product attributes, and listing information.
  • Manage product variations, new SKUs, and catalog updates.
  • Resolve catalog and product-information issues.
  • Conduct keyword, product, and competitive research.
  • Support new product launches and listing creation.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent product information across e-commerce channels.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales, advertising spend, margins, and performance by SKU.
  • Analyze returns, sales velocity, inventory health, and product performance.
  • Identify potential issues before they become larger problems.
  • Translate large datasets into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide concise updates to the founder regarding performance and recommended next steps.
  • Use e-commerce data to support inventory, advertising, and product decisions.
Inventory & Product Support
  • Assist with purchase order quantities by size, colorway, and SKU.
  • Track inbound inventory and current stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory health and identify potential stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Support new product launches from initial specifications through live listings.
  • Analyze historical sales and inventory data to support purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product and assortment decisions.
Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of professional e-commerce experience required.
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce advertising campaigns and product listings.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, product optimization, inventory, and online sales.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and reports containing tens of thousands of rows.
  • Experience with e-commerce analytics, keyword research, or product research tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales, advertising, inventory, and product performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and concise written communication.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Young, ambitious, energetic, and eager to build a career in e-commerce.
