A Yeshiva school in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a supportive educational environment. The ideal candidate will play an important role in helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the school office.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet parents, students, staff, and visitors
  • Provide administrative support to school administration and faculty
  • Manage student records, files, and office documentation
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events
  • Prepare and organize reports, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office operations
  • Support communication between staff, students, and families
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
