A busy pediatric practice in Brooklyn is seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. • Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and daily office operations.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain basic patient information, including vital signs when appropriate.
• Assist with routine clinical procedures and pediatric patient care.
• Schedule appointments and help manage patient flow throughout the office.
• Answer phones, greet patients and families, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information.
• Clean and sterilize medical equipment following office protocols.
• Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure a positive, friendly, and professional experience for patients and their families.
