We are scaling fast. We’ve helped hundreds of thousands of drivers handle tickets and we’re expanding aggressively across new markets.

We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-exposure, execution-heavy role. You’ll be involved in growth, operations, and anything critical to moving the business forward.

This is not a passive role. You will be expected to own projects, move quickly, and figure things out with limited guidance.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize email marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify ways to improve conversion
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and financial tracking models
  • Support market expansion with data, pricing, and operational setup
  • Turn rough ideas into clear, executable workflows
  • Jump between projects across marketing, ops, and finance without losing speed or quality
