Junior Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our Litigation practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1–5 years of experience who is looking to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters while enjoying a collaborative environment, meaningful client interaction, and a strong work-life balance.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced attorneys representing institutional clients, private equity firms, high-net-worth individuals, and businesses across a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, and financial services.

• Represent clients in commercial litigation and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Analyze legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Review contracts, financial records, and other case-related documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across litigation, real estate, and corporate practice groups on complex legal matters.
• Maintain organized case files while managing deadlines and court schedules.
